Every price on Swap.gg is set against the Steam market, and every trade leaves data behind. We're looking for an Analytics Engineer who builds the pipelines and dashboards that turn that data into decisions, from pricing to product.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain data pipelines and analytics services.
- Analyse prices, trading volume and player behaviour to find what drives growth.
- Build dashboards and reports the team actually uses.
- Help develop pricing models for CS2 and Rust items.
- Form hypotheses and test them with data.
What we look for
- Strong Python for data processing and analysis.
- Advanced SQL.
- Experience designing data pipelines.
- You connect data to business questions and explain what you find clearly.
- You take ownership of the quality and reliability of what you build.
Nice to have
- Experience with pricing models or market data.
- Experience with PostHog or a similar product analytics tool.
- Interest in CS2, Rust or in-game item markets.
