These terms of use (the “Terms”) apply to the website xyvotech.com (the “Website”).

The Website is operated by Xyvo Technologies B.V., a private limited company registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 89332369, with its registered office at Sloterweg 796, 1066 CN Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“we” or “us”).

Our brands each have their own terms on their own websites. Those terms, not these, apply when you use them.

By visiting or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, in whole or in part, please do not use the Website.

No waiver

Assignment

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising from or related to the Website, are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If you use the Website as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and your right to bring a claim before the court of your place of residence.
